• Assisting with the day to day operations and management of existing clients
• Managing and growing overall client relationships
• Engaging with clients by visiting them on a monthly basis
• Informing clients of new product offerings from Hello Doctor
• Providing proactive customer service by working with the Operations team to ensure that client issues and needs are communicated and resolved effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to convey important messages to clients and develop a good rapport over the phone

• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Personal Skills/Attributes
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential- NON NEGOTIABLE• Matric essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar tertiary qualification essential
• Previous sales experience beneficial
